ANWR drilling for oil. Great idea, but does the US have refineries that can process the oil?

Democratic response - Oil companies are making too much profit. Huh? Why should they? Should Disney, Viacom or other media companies give back money?

What about Wall Street? They made enormous profits, some of which (Enron) may have been illegal.
