This is a UK company selling a silent (passive cooling) PC kit. I came across this when I was looking at the AMD PIC system that is targeted at third world countries to provide basic Internet connections at a low price point.

I'm still exploring the difference from a home brew system running a form of Linux versus the PIC or similar solutions.
