Windows 7 – telnet not enabled by default

How to enable telnet Windows 7.  The process is similar for Vista:

• Open Control Panel
• Go to “Programs”
• Now, in “Programs” window, on the left side, find “turn windows features on or off” and click once
• Find “Telnet Client” and mark it
• Click on “Ok” and reboot your computer
• Enjoy using Telnet Client in Windows Vista or Windows 7
