Bicycle Training
Now that we had the last storm of the season, I’m trying to ramp up some bicycle safety training for various groups in South Jersey (that’s everything below Trenton for non-Jersey folks).
Why do people need training for something as simple as a bicycle? Photo below. Will post other examples as I come across them.

Looking at the photo it appears that the bicycle is parked directly in front of a curb cut, thus an individual who is blind or visually impaired, may easily walks into the bicycle, or trip over it. My personal experience in Olympia, Wa. is that bicyclists expect the blind to yield to the bicycle rider. No question in my mind that most bicycle riders need to be trained.
