I have ordered from Tire Rack for many years (Since 1991) and never had a problem. Their customer service is excellent.
I had a problem with one of my orders and they responded very quickly to resolve the issue. Just for background information, they recommended rims that my factory lug nut wrench could not fit into the lug nut opening. They sent me a brand new Gorilla lug wrench via FedEx next day.
